UN Secretary General, Ban Ki Moon, who is freaking out over the North Korean sinking of his country’s submarine and fully supports a South Korean internal investigation of this incident, announced that Israel cannot have its own investigation.
He claims that for Israel to do its own investigation it will not have international credibility. The only way, he says, for Israel to be accepted will be to allow its enemies ( Turkey, etc.) to sit in judgment of it on a committee which the UN will create. Anything else is unacceptable.
When will he apply the same standards to his own land, South Korea? Answer: Never. Will he apply those standards to the US, Turkey, or any of the other countries in the UN? No.
Only Israel gets this special treatment.
