Jerusalem: the eternal capital of the Jewish people.
How can you forbid another sovereign state to build on its own land especially when that land is its capital?
No way….unless that country is Israel.
Then all hell breaks loose.
Jerusalem has been the capital of the Jewish people for over 2,000 years. However, since the Arabs say it belongs to them, the rest of the world is terrified to oppose them.
Since the creation of the modern state of Israel, Jerusalem has been the capital. The US Congress has passed laws saying that the American people recognize this. However, our presidents including the present one keep the embassy in Tel Aviv. No sense in offending the enemies of the Jewish people.
Maybe it’s time to have Israel move its embassy to Indianapolis instead of Washington, DC?
